 The purpose of this
booklet is to present all major NGO Declarations and
Memoranda related to the Mediterranean in a hand, user
friendly way. The booklet will be available to all who are
interested to know the positions taken collectively by the
Mediterranean NGOs.
This publication is not a “sacred book” but it offers
useful material to secure the continuity and coherence in
NGO positions which, of course, are meant to facilitate an
evolution and progress in NGO thinking. In this respect
these positions could be revised and amended accordingly
through democratic procedures.
